Our farm

Our newly-renovated farmhouse lies approx. 3 km from the main road in a quiet, sunny location in the heart of the countryside and is easily accesible along a tarmaced road. As an extra comfort we offer covered parking.

In the main building on our farm lovely, large comfortable double rooms await our guests. In our new building we offer spacious, well-equipped holiday apartments with balcony, which leave nothing to desire.

For your recovery we offer to our guests our new sauna with cosy relaxation room.

Our garden

On the large playing area in front of the house your children won’t get bored in the sand pit, on the swings and trampoline.

Joys of the palate. On warm summer evenings we organise cosy barbecues on our covered terrace – savour the unique mountain panorama and give your palate and your eyes a treat at the same time.

Holiday on the farm – a family holiday in the heart of the mountains

A stay at the Unterhagmooshof is an experience for the whole family. Our pets are on the farm the whole year round – cats, ducks, cows, pigs and chickens -  there’s never a dull moment!

A great start to the day

In the morning in our our lounge guests can enjoy an extensive breakfast buffet, partly consisting of produce from our own farm.

A great holiday at any time of year

In summer our countryside offers fabulous walks and hikes of all levels of difficulty. Many of the walks can be started directly from the farm.

It doesn’t take long to reach various mountain inns such as the popular Steinalm, or even the Rossbrand, with its spectacular views of the Eastern Alps, which can be reached on foot or a short car journey (plus another 15 mins. on foot). Alternatively guests can head off into the woods from our farm and try their luck collecting mushrooms or picking berries. 

In winter the ski areas of the Sportwelt Amadé, the Dachstein-Tauern-Region or Obertauern can be reached quickly.
