On arrival day the rooms and apartments are available from 2.00 pm. We kindly ask you to vacate your accommodation by 10.00 am on departure day.

When staying in our rooms we’ll pamper you in the morning with our sumptuous breakfast buffet, partly with produce from our own farm. In our lounge drinks of all sorts are available for our guests.

The Unterhagmooshof is situated at an altitude of 1,100 m, on a sunny slope in Radstadt. Due to the quiet location, 3 km from the main road, you can really enjoy your holiday in the mountains and even start walks right from the farm.

We’re happy to provide cots, highchairs, baby baths plus baby carriers for our youngest guests.

Relax in our spa area with Finnish sauna and Bio soft sauna. In our tastefully-decorated relaxation room you can dream away. Use of the sauna is included every other day.

Store your sports equipment in our ski and bike cellar. In winter the ski boot dryer ensures you have pleasantly warm ski boots.

The cosy lounge with satellite TV is available for guests to use all day long.

Enjoy the warm rays of sunshine on our terrace with loungers and chairs, whilst your children romp around in the playground and garden.

Parking spaces in our underground garage are available (according to availability), Parking spaces in front of the farmhouse plus covered parking spaces for motorbikes are also available.

You’re welcome to use our washing machine (extra charge of € 6,00 per wash).

Our house is strictly non-smoking. We kindly ask for your understanding.

Make use of the free wi-fi in the apartments and rooms.

We offer walking poles, snowshoes and baby carriers for rental free of charge.

Unfortunately pets are not permitted.

On arrival you receive the Salzburger Sportwelt Card free of which entitles you to a number of discounts on sights & attractions in the region.

The accommodation prices quotes are excluding resort tax (€ 1,30 per person over 15 years per night according to § 10 Tourist Tax Law of Salzburg).

End of stay cleaning costs € 35,00 to 45,00 per apartment.

Reductions for children are only valid when sharing a room with parents (2 full-paying adults):

• 0 – 3 years: free of charge
• 3 – 6 years: 50 %
• 6 – 10 years: 30 %
• 10 – 13 years: 20 %

We charge a short stay supplement of 15 % on stays of up to 3 nights.

The single room supplement is € 4,00 per night.

In the event of booking we require a deposit to be transferred to our bank account (we’ll let you know the amount). Only after payment is your reservation confirmed. We kindly ask you to settle the remainder in resort in cash.

A booking is a purchase agreement. In the event of cancellation, late arrival and early departure cancellation charges will be made. For this reason we recommend you take out travel insurance e.g. European Travel Insurance.
